Developed for NetWorks Group on Ruby on Rails with MongoDB with integration points into Elasticsearch APIs, this system took multiple existing active development projects and rolled them into one large project with the ability to build on top of (Vulnerability Management). This also introduced the ability to have an on demand customer portal that connected back to the umbrella system securely.  

Company's are all managed in a central area with connects back to legacy management systems and the utilized CRM system for more efficient work.  Ranging from SLAs to Circuit definitions used to calculate circuit percentage utilized, the data being leveraged is quite large.

Change management is one of the most important parts of an IT program in this day and age.  I took the existing change management system, integrated it further into device and company data, and allowed for discussion via the customer portal to make sorting out any issues with the change request much faster.

Customers and engineers see similar views, allowing both sides to have total knowledge and insight into the environment.  Using log data and integration's with the Elasticsearch API, I created an up to date view of all interfaces, their circuit data, and their status' for switches within an environment (particularly Juniper EX in the above example).
